Safe and simple process offers transformation from within. By releasing the deeply rooted patterns from the past that no longer support our purpose in the present, it leads us to self-mastery. Breathwork is a non-verbal path to healing. By resolving the stories and memories caused by traumas of the past, we open the gates to be in the present. Overall, breathwork exercises involve deep, focused breathing that lasts for an extended period of time.
As we meet in the safe and scared space, we'll introduce ourselves to each other. I will then guide you through some breathing techniques and exercises to relax you and prepare you for the main journey. We'll venture off on a guided meditation to get our left and right brain hemispheres to synchronize. By already putting ourselves in an alternative state of consciousness and deep relaxation, the breathwork experience will be amplified.
Following the main breathing session, we'll debrief and share. Before going home, I'll guide you thorough a grounding meditation which will bring you back to the present.

This workshop is designed to introdue and deepen your self exploration journey through the chakra system. The word chakra in Sanskrit means "wheel." Traditionally there are 7 energy "wheels" located along the spine of the body. We balance our chakras in order to clean up outdated, dysfunctional or negative programming that may be getting in the way of living our best life. This 3 hour workshop will cover the basic characteristics and functions of each chakra.
Chakra balancing is a simple, safe, effective, and non-invasive healing technique that anyone can learn and practice. This Chakra Balancing Workshop focuses on the ancient study of the subtle energy body around the physical body. From Root to Crown, every one of us interacts with the world through common pathways: our feelings of connection, how we communicate, how we create.
When we find imbalances within our energy body we can feel stuck and uncomfortable. Understanding and learning how to manage the seven chakras will bring increased feelings of control, focus, and ultimately more freedom and wellness. Related in theory to Abraham Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, Chakra Theory is an approach to the Human Condition that is accessible and easy to incorporate into daily life. For each chakra there are colors, sounds, mudras, scents, and foods that help promote health in that area of life.
A guided meditation using binaural beats will take you on a journey through your chakra system. You'll have an opportunity to identify any imbalances, clear and heal the 7 chakras.
