Stress management is about developing our ability to improve our immediate and long term responses to stress. We’ll be taking a holistic approach to developing a multifaceted and practical toolbox of ideas to combat stress.
Holistic Body Mind Approach to Stress Management, aims to assist you with measures to cope with stressors brought about by internal and external factors that affect your overall physical and psychological wellbeing. The degree to which we are able to adapt to changes in our environment, is the degree to which we create a healthy emotional, mental, spiritual and physical state of wellbeing. This program therefore delves into various aspects of defining your own stressors, being aware of signs and symptoms of stress, and exploring effects of the brain on performance and stress management.

Initial Assessment 1.5 hour session (in person, online, or on the phone)
Personalized comprehensive plan to help you manage your stress
Weekly 45 minute sessions
Daily check-in's via email or text
Exit plan to help you to continue to successfully manage the stress in your life
